Erosionist is defined as an individual who agrees with the now obsolete theory that the contour of the land is mainly the result of erosion.
The name is a catchy name to describe what I do on a daily basis. I inspect sites for to ensure the correct erosion control measures are installed and enforce corrective measures if it is not installed correctly. I have worked with erosion control and storm water 'Best Management Practices' in some capacity for the past 10 years.
